This program runs over 8 to 12 weeks, depending on your individual needs and symptoms complexity.

Because of the way I work, I only take on a small number of clients at a time. This means I can truly focus on your symptoms, your health goals, and what works best for your.

I believe that your body needs time, consistency, and the right support to re-balance-and you deserve care that’s never rushed.
